Writing For Non Violence/Sutra Collectives
Free Online Weekly on Wednesdays 7:45 PM ET
不二 /Nondualistic. Extreme thoughts brews violence. It can be internal to oneself or external like the War in Ukraine and countless gun violence in the US.
We practice non-dualistic views through reading and writing the Diamond sutra, and the commentary by Thich Nhat Hanh.
The practice is to generate merit and peace for all.
You can write with a pen or watercolor
brush if you don't have Chinese calligraphy brushes.

Modern Calligraphy For The Busy Mind
Thursdays 6:30 pm September 8 to October 27
Through an artistic approach, participants can unwind after a long day at work and learn how to breathe with each stroke to relax the nerve. We will share ancient Chinese poems or paintings to embrace the Eastern aesthetics, more importantly, reveal one's creativity which comes from within through calligraphy movement.
